President’s Comments/Update (Doc Apodaca)

– Membership Meeting – Enlisted Heritage: went extremely well; could use more people attending (about 30+ folks); glean from what other chapters are doing; making it family oriented and extend invitation to family; nice display from Jeff bringing uniforms from the museum

– AF Ball – What’s next: want to move it to September (first Friday, 6 September 2020); coordinated with Broadmoor to finalize date; does not interfere with the National Convention (the following weekend). Caty will help. We cannot wait on getting sponsorships—save the date. Doc plans to visit the Commanders at each base / wing to explain why we’re moving (closer to AF Birthday) and get their support. Caty & Doc will discuss more
