 President’s Comments/Update (Doc Apodaca)

• AF Ball: we’ll put a few things on hold so that we can focus on the ball
• Update on Constant Contact: still on the calendar in February
• Theme for membership meeting: Update on Storytelling? This is one of the things on hold, probably the beginning of March; don’t want to lock down a date yet until we’re certain
• Feedback Combined Holiday Party: excellent job putting it together; should have done a group AFA picture; in future years may go to a share among the sponsors (big bill for one org to foot); all are in favor of continuing this
• Need to get the right message out to the US Space Force—we support them from the beginning 

Vice President’s Comments/Update (Angelo Bryant)

• TBD—looking at what dates are good for everyone for leadership meeting; need to update the email list.
• Veteran’s Affairs reached out to ask how we’re supporting veterans (does AFA do this?); Mel Harmon chapter is VERY involved with Veteran affairs; Angelo will pass Linda’s contact info
