Please join us for the IMAGE 2018 to benefit the NDIA, AFA, & AFCEA on September 21, 2018
Started in 2000, IMAGE has grown in size every year and provides the opportunity for military and industry to have some fun and play a round of golf for a good cause. The local chapters of NDIA – National Defense Industrial Association, AFCEA – Armed Forces Communications Electronics Association, and AFA – Air Force Association, all work together to raise money for science technology engineering and math (STEM) scholarships and other related STEM activity for local middle/high school and college students. Each year we collectively award over $100,000 to deserving students. This event provides a portion of those funds.
The IMAGE Golf Tournament has become one of the largest networking events within the defense marketplace in Colorado Springs. It’s an ideal opportunity to enjoy a round of golf, meet industry and military leaders, and gain a better understanding of issues and opportunities facing our community.

Times: Breakfast & Registration: 0630
Shotgun Start: 0800
Lunch and Awards: 1300 -1430
Attire: Collared shirts, no jeans or tee shirts, regulation golf shoes.
Team Composition: Each team will ideally consist of a mix of low and high handicapped players and will include a mix of military, government civilians and industry contractors, thus the name IMAGE! “While we don’t allow preformed foursomes, we are encouraging players to sign up as twosomes. This allows you to play with a friend and our IMAGE Committee to create teams composed of a mixture of government and industry partners.”
Format and Scoring: This is a modified scramble tournament. There will be first, second, third, and last place prizes for gross team scores. Additional rules to be briefed on tournament day.
Mulligans and Raffle: A Mulligan Package and Raffle tickets can be purchased on line as part of registration, and/or at the door.
