- AF Ball (2 February, Broadmoor): AFSPC wants to get the invites out; will be planning; menu tasting on Thursday; want to get the website up and running by Thursday COB and start selling tickets; have major sponsors signed up; NG, KBRWyle, Lockheed, others. Looking for sponsor for Wounded Warrior table; discussed some of the lineup and entertainment; it’s 2 days from opening night of Cyberspace Symposium—advertising for both and have people stay for both

State President’s Comments (Linda Aldrich)           

– Notes from Nat’l RP/SP Meeting—in order for us to get support payments, need Annual Chapter Activity and Financial Plans entered on the Portal NLT 15 Dec for approval by Linda and then Don Kidd; need semi-annual report by 15 January 2019 to Linda (Sijan still needs to enter Jan-Jul six months Activity report); still emphasizing congressional contacts—honorary memberships and allow us to forward to them AFA positions on issues from AFA; need someone who is interested in politics; need Democrats to sign up
